ASA Issue Campaigns
The Arizona Students’ Association (ASA) works to make higher education both affordable and accessible to all of the state’s public university students. Correspondingly, the organization works on a multitude of issues critical to this mission by running grassroots organizing campaigns and directly lobbying relevant officials.
Issues range in complexity and scale, but require significant time and resources to make long-term, tangible, and worthwhile change for students. Therefore, ASA recognizes the need to designate a certain number of issues as the organization’s annual priorities.
The 2009-2010 Board of Directors for the Arizona Students’ Association is excited to announce the following three issues as the top organizational priorities for the academic year:
Financial Aid,
Tuition,
Student Voter Engagement.
